She listened to my issues, asked appropriate questions, and explained the order of checks she would make to determine the cause of problems. Each time a problem was identified she showed me how she was fixing it. She rechecked every impacted outlet to ensure they all worked. The technician and her assistant were both personable and made suggestions to things I could improve at a later time. I would recommend this company.
